Brendan Fitzsimmons, MD joined the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic provider team in August of 2016. Dr. Fitzsimmons earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Wyoming and received his medical degree from Creighton University. He has practiced rural family medicine entirely in the state of Wyoming since he began his career in 1998.
Jason Ray, PA-C
Jason Ray, PA-C joined the Marbleton-Big Piney Clinic medical team in August of 2016. As a Sublette County native, Jason received his Physician Assistant Certification from MEDEX Northwest, University of Washington. He also has extensive previous experience as a Wilderness First Responder and Search and Rescue Coordinator having assisted with numerous search and rescue incidents.
Leslie Hagenstein, DNP
A Nurse Practitioner since 1979, Leslie Hagenstein, DNP has extensive primary care and emergency care experience, having provided locum tenens services to rural and frontier clinics worldwide.
A graduate of Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing, University of Colorado Denver, University of Wyoming, Duke University and the University of Utah, Leslie has been a longtime provider at both the Marbleton-Big Piney and Pinedale Clinics.

David Kappenman, MD Medical Director
David Kappenman, MD attended medical school at the University of South Dakota and completed his internship and residency at the Rapid City Regional Hospital Family Practice. He is a board-certified family practice physician who joined the District in 2007. He currently serves as the Medical Director at the Pinedale Medical Clinic.
Keri Hull, ACNP
Keri Hull joined the District in October of 2015. Before receiving her Nurse Practitioner's license she spent 6 years working in Alaska as a critical care and ICU nurse. Her experiences working with the challenges presented in rural medicine makes her a welcome addition to the Pinedale Clinic medical team!
